LARK IN THE PARK 2011Sunday 13 February saw OMSS at the Lions Lark in the Park at the Dunedin Botanical Gardens. Dunedin North Lions graciously made OMSS the recipient charity for the profit made from the day, to support the fundraising efforts towards our van. Cooke Howlison Toyota loaned us a van for the day so that people could see what their financial contribution was being put towards. | SISTER MARY de LOURDES FAREWELL 2010Sister Mary De Lourdes has been attending weekly social activities with the Otago Multiple Sclerosis Society for over 40 years. A recent spate of ill health has seen her reconsider her weekly involvement and so on the occasion of her 89th birthday (15/10/10) Sister said farewell to the weekly games of Mahjong. 24 people gathered to celebrate this day with her. |

WOBBLY ART EXHIBITION 2010The 5th annual Wobbly Art Exhibition was held 2-10 September 1010 in the Community Gallery Dunedin. Over 200 people took the opportunity to view the amazing art work from artists throughout NZ who have Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological illnesses. Geoff Williams of Dunedin was the guest artist. | DUNEDIN GROUPS CHRISTMAS ACTIVITIES 2010The weekly Games Group had a lovely Christmas lunch and combined birthday celebration for our wonderful cook Pam. Some members provided dessert so Pam didn't have to cook so much and Tania and Liz were tasked with getting Pam out of the kitchen for the day - an impossible task and we failed miserably.
