AWARENESS WEEK 2010
   - Students from the OUSA sat on toilets in the freezing cold to raise awareness of MS and funds by selling bulk toilet paper. A hugely successful event - even if we did break one toilet. Don't ask!
   - Dr John Mottershead, Neurologist at SDHB and Patron of Otago Multiple Sclerosis Society gave a public lecture on MS. A good crowd turned out to hear this interesting discussion.
   - One of the beautiful floral arrangements designed and prepared by Sue Bragg to add atmosphere to the Service of Celebration and the Wobbly Art Exhibition.

   - Putting MS to Bed Event saw Field Officer Julie Jones with member Bernie Walker in bed in Wall St Mall highlighting fatigue as a common sympton of MS. Manager Tania McGregor tries to steal their limelight.

   - Nessie Sinclair with her Scratchie Board Raffle prize she won in the Awareness Week raffles.  Presented to her by Tania McGregor Manager, Nessie was delighted to receive her prize.  She won the same raffle in 2009!
   - The big screen at the Mosgiel RSA and Community Club awaiting the viewers for the Movies@Mosgiel screening of The Stone of Destiny.

   - A window display in the former Community Gallery highlighted the move of the Wobbly Art Exhibition to the temporary Gallery in Moray Place. Countless carantions were sold from this window during the Awareness Week.
   - We were grateful for the support of many volunteers who helped us with our street and door to door appeals during the week. The lucky ones, like this likely lad, were able to collect inside as it was snowing outside! Over $22,000.00 was raised.
